Parrillada Restaurant" is the result
of Jose Cruz and family effort to bring together
a few of the best traditions from around South
America in a Peruvian style and putting them
together in a licensed Restaurant.
“La
Parrillada” is the Spanish word for “Mixed
Grill” and is a South American version of
the Aussie BBQ with a Peruvian touch: it specializes
in the finest meats and chickens.
What
makes “La Parrillada” unique is

only use Fresh top quality meat.
They
always cook to order (we never use pre-cooked
meat).
They
cook on 100% natural charcoal to preserve
the natural flavors and juices of the meat.
They
serve “La Parrillada” direct to your table
on its own mini charcoal BBQ.
